By booking the coaching service, you agree to the following:
How to Book
The easiest way to book a course is through our online booking system. If you wish to pay by invoice and direct bank to bank transfer, please contact us so we can arrange it for you.
Once booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipt. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours and have checked your spam folder, please let us know and we will help you out.
Accepted Payments
You can pay by debit/credit card, PayPal or by direct bank to bank transfer. We use PayPal as the payment processor which is why the PayPal button is shown. You do not need to have a PayPal account to book a course.
If you want to pay by direct bank to bank transfer, please contact us by email and we will send you an invoice with our bank details. Funds must be cleared before booking takes place.
Prices
There are no VAT components in our prices. The price shown on the website at the time of the booking is what you pay. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
What Is Included
You will get access to our online course platform and create an account which facilitates the process of exchanging information between you and the coach.
- Evaluation of your training by examining videos submitted by you
- Systematic scoring of your performance
- Two one-hour video chat sessions via Skype
- Access to the coach by email between the sessions
- Assignments, tasks and relevant resources in line with your coaching needs
Scheduling Video Chats
You will communicate with the coach to agree to a suitable time to carry out the video sessions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, considering international time differences and coach availability.
There are two videos chats included in this package. We recommend that you give yourself enough time between the two sessions so that you get the opportunity to implement the advice given.
The second video chat must take place within six months of the first session at most.
The Coaching Relationship
The purpose of the coaching relationship is to support you achieve your goals. You and the coach will decide on the nature of coaching and the coach will help you enhance your training performance.
Your Responsibilities
- To attend coaching sessions as agreed
- To select topics for discussion
- To set and pursue meaningful goals
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a video chat session, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise this for you.
Non-attendance and no communication in regard with cancelling your session will result in the loss of the session and it’s fee.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a scheduled session. In such a case, we will let you know in advance and will reschedule the session.
If You Cancel
If you cancel your coaching session at any time before submitting your initial training video or before your first video chat, you will receive a full refund. Please contact support to arrange.
After this point, you can exit the coaching relationship at any time by providing a notice. In this case no refund is provided.
If We Cancel
If for any reason we exit the coaching relationship, we will give you notice, and will refund you the remaining sessions pro-rata.
Online Platform
To exchange information through the coaching process you will be using our online platform at online.SkillsConverged.com to facilitate the process of giving you instructions, assignments, uploading your videos, etc. The use of this service is subject to our online courses’ terms & conditions.
Video Chatting
We will be using Skype for video chatting and it is possible that you might need to create a free account with them to use the service.
You must have adequate internet access to be able to use the live video chat service.
Changes to Content
We are continuously improving our products and services. Skills Converged reserves the right to make changes and improvements to content at any time without notice.
Liability
The coaching service provided at Skills Converged cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Skills Converged, nor any of its trainers or coaches, cannot accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training content in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
All training materials, workbooks, handouts and guides are under copyright for Skills Converged and copying or distribution without consent is strictly prohibited.
